T-SHIRTS IN FIVE SIZES: S, M, L, XL, XXL and XXXL 

Truly a commemorative Air Force T-shirt, in that this t-shirt was designed to show the classic Allied airplanes involved in WWII. The lead plane in this aerial salute is a Supermarine Spitfire, making its way towards heaven. Below the Spitfire is a P-51 Mustang, beside a de Havilland DH.98 Mosquito (nicknamed the Wooden Wonder, or the Mossie). The back row shows a Lancaster Bomber, a Douglas DC 3 Dakota (the planes that flew the WW2 Para troopers to their jumps), and a B-25 Mitchell Bomber.

The back of this soldier shirt features the 1941 sonnet written by war poet John Gillespie Magee Jr. titled: High Flight which was inspired by his experiences as a fighter pilot of the Royal Canadian Air Force in World War Two. Magee began writing the poem on 18 August, while stationed at No.53 OUT outside London, and mailed a completed manuscript to his family on 3 September, three months before he died in a training accident.

This signified that although they were no longer physically present, they were not forgotten.
