The following are common questions and answers
when Customers shop with D-Day Wear®. For additional information please connect
with us via email, postal services mailing and or by telephone, the information
to which is presented below.
When
will my order be shipped?
D-Day Wear® will ship all in stock orders within
10 business days of receipt of order.
What if my item is out of stock?
D-Day
Wear®, may occasionally run out of a product due to demand or production
schedules. If an item is sold out or a delay occurs, you will be notified by
e-mail. If an item is temporarily out of stock, it will be shipped in 3-4 weeks
of receipt of the order.
How do I return an item?
Only item purchases from ddaywear.com can be exchanged through Attitude & Ideas Inc. If you purchased a product from a clothing retailer, please return it to that retail store.
1) To
return a package, please call Attitude & Ideas Inc. at
1-877-827-3278 for a merchandise return authorization (MRA). For
local Customers or those outside North America wishing to return a product
please call: (519) 826-0529 (International callers please
use the prefix 011). IMPORTANT: Without
an RMA number, packages will not be accepted.
2) Please
send a copy of your sales receipt and be certain to include the MRA
number provided in step 1 above with an explanation of what you are
returning and the reason for the return.

4) Write
the MRA number on the outside of the package being return.
We recommend that you send the package via mail as it is usually the easiest
and the least expensive. We also recommend that you track your
package to confirm it has been received. Please consider insuring larger
returns. These services are available through the postal service.

Packages must be returned pre-paid. Attitude & Ideas Inc. will not accept any C.O.D. packages.
Your returned item will be replaced or refunded to the credit card originally
used. If you ordered by mail with a money order, a refund cheque will be issued and
mailed to you with the mailing address provided. (Except in the event that
wrong or defective merchandise has been shipped to the customer, shipping &
handling for returns or exchanges are non-refundable.)
