When will my order be shipped?
We ship all in stock orders within 10 business days of receipt of order.
D-Day Wear®, may occasionally run out of a product due to demand or production schedules. If an item is sold out or a delay occurs, you will be notified by e-mail. If an item is temporarily out of stock, it will be shipped in 3-4 weeks of receipt of the order.
Only item purchases from ddaywear.com can be exchanged through Attitude & Ideas Inc. If you purchased a product from a retail store, please return it to that store.
1) To return a package, call Attitude & Ideas Inc. at 1-877-827-3278 for a return merchandise authorization (RMA). Without an RMA number, packages will not be accepted.
2) Send a copy of your sales receipt and include the RMA number with an explanation of what you are returning and the reason.

4) Write the RMA number on the outside of your package. We recommend that you send the package via mail as it is usually the easiest and the least expensive. We recommend that you track your package to confirm it has been received. Please consider insuring larger returns. These services are available through the postal service.
5) Packages must be returned pre-paid. Attitude & Ideas Inc. will not accept any C.O.D. packages. Your returned item will be replaced or refunded to the credit card originally used. If you ordered by mail with a money order, a refund cheque will be issued. (Except in the event that wrong or defective merchandise has been shipped to the customer, shipping & handling for returns or exchanges are non-refundable.)
