MILITARY T-SHIRTS
IN FIVE SIZES: S, M, L, XL and XXL
100% cotton long sleeve shirt which features a stylistic Operation Overlord distressed design of the script D-Day in a cursive writing fashion. This style of writing was chosen as it appears as though cursive writing is facing possible elimination from school curriculums in North America. (Once they do that, we wonder how people will best sign their names).
MCMXLIV is 1944 in Roman numerals, we did that, because that just looks cool.
The Normandy landings beginning on ‘D-Day‘ made up the largest seaborne invasion in history and were the start of what was code-named ‘Operation Overlord’. The successful Allied advance into German-occupied Western Europe under the command of US General Dwight D. Eisenhower comprised the mass-deployment of 3 million troops.
